Default Need a new clutch

I had a feeling that my clutch was always slipping a little bit. Last night I raced a friends gt about 10 times and this morning i wake up to a toasted clutch.[:@] I didnt mess up on shifting or anything but those wot runs finally took it down. Its still very driveable but if i give it alot of gas the engine revs up but it doesnt really go any faster. I didnt think a CF would be gone that easily. The races were up to about 4th and im pretty sure i was kind of easy on it....oh well. So now I need a new one. Im thinking the Spec stage 2 or 2+. Or could there be some other reason that it wore so easily?

Alright then ill be buying a spec stage 2. I ran it hard, but thats what its supposed to do, i didnt think it would wear that clutch that easily. I looked on spec's site.....stage 5 is a monster!

Before ordering it asks me if i have the 10 or 26 spline input shaft...i dont know which my car has. How common is the 26 spline upgraded? Im asking because i dont want to take the tranny off to see which it has before ordering, this is my daily driver. I think im going to have to though.

Should i get a 2+ or just 2? 2+ is $75 more but would it just be worth it to have a stronger clutch than needed?

you dont seem to have the mods to justify a 2+. I have an H/C/I and nitrous and the 2 will be enough for me.

you do definitly want to verify the number of splines on your input shaft however
