tranny problem. AODE

Hey, I have a 94 gt and when im driving above 45mph my car wants to downshift by itself, and after a few seconds it upshifts again... then a few minutes later it does it again. What could cause this?

DIY KOEO/KOER/Cylinder Self-Test 3-digit code format, check for any tranny solenoids, VSS codes.

would a simple fluid and filter change fix the problem?

Maybe....maybe not.....suggest to get the data first and not throw part$/money at it....my
