I installed my Pro-5.0 last summer. It took about 30 minutes and was so easy I should have done it long ago.
Make sure you scrape off all of the old gasket material and install a good bead of High Temp silicon. Give it 24 hours to dry also.
The shifts are so quick now, and 5th to 3rd is way faster and no fear of missing and grinding... like one smoothe motion! Its because the shifter springs to the middle.
They don't recommend "slamming" the gears, but the stop bolts let you do it.
Get one!

The blower made a big difference... but then I did the exhaust a couple months later and it really opened it up.
Installing it took a couple days, mostly due to the poor installation manual provided with the kit (horrible photocopy pictures in it).
Once installed, it's was a matter of fixing the idle and trying to get more serpentine belt to loop around the alt.
Upon startup, since you lose the idle tensioner pulley (no space for it anymore) you get a little belt squeal.
Solution... I took the pulley off the discarded tensioner and rerouted it to get more belt around the alt. so no more slippage of that tiny pulley.
Gas mileage didn't change much, except now I must use high test fuel.
One of the cool features is that it is a quiet blower. Also, if something happens to the blower you can just take the belt off and run the car stock.
There is no plumbing for oil and stock 19# injectors work just fine since the FMU is keeping the enigne really rich.
Whichever blower you get, bigger headers really work nice in combination with it.
I have no problem running with the 2005 Mustangs now.
