Lower Intake Torque Specs

Can somebody please give me the torque specs, and sequence for the lower intake!

Iron heads, torque to 25 ftlbs in two or three steps. Aluminum heads, don't go past 18ftlbs.

Torque Specs = 12- 18 lb ft
