First, I'd go through the entire car and give it a tune up, I'm sure with 36k thats not a big issue but sitting can have its problems too. I'd go with these mods:
Subframe Connectors
Full Exhaust
Advance Timing
Heads/Cam/Intake Combo
73mm MAF/ 65-70mm TB
EGR/Smog PumpDelete
Smog Pump Delete
Aftermarket Fuel Pressure, Water Temp, Oil Pressure Gauges/Mounts
And what ever other little things you can think of.... that there should spend a good buck for ya
