no..... 85 was the first year of the roller cam block however, some people swear that in their 84 g.t 350's ford snuck a roller cam in

Ive heard that some 84.5 motors were rollers. But +1, '85 typically is the first year for roller motors.

'85 was year for rollers.
They were supposed to show up in '84 but Ford had some problems with that idea........

If price is right and your not hung up on roller cam, its like a 289 with a one piece rear main seal.

turns out its an 86, thanks anyway tho.

i work with the kid and hes tryint o make it sound like the block is a piece of gold so hes gunna want too much. i ddint even bother askin him. i told him id trade him my 32" tv for it and he laughed. i was serious.... lol
