Well, I posted that I had my T5 rebuilt a couple weeks ago. I ended up going to the beach for mustang week so I never had time to load the pics. Turns out the retaining tabs for the 2nd gear synchro were snapped off. 2nd gear was f*cked, so were 4th, and the gear that meshes with 4th on the countershaft... idk how that happened, the teeth were extremely sharp on them, and there was gear oil in the thing instead of tranny fluid, so im guessing that mighta had something to do with it..... anyways, pics of a good synchro, and my bad one.

 

hah fun huh... as soon as i rebuild the spare, and swap it w. the **** one.. ill have pics of my t5 w. a blown 2nd, un accesable 5th, and 4th w. non working syncro(im thinking it has to do w. the 3 small bars inside the syncro, or the springs)
