Replacement console for a '94 Convertible?

Replacement console for a '94 Convertible?
I broke one of the tabs on my ashtray and either need to get a new cover piece or a new console altogether.. I only mention the possibility of a new console because it irritates me to no end not having any damn cupholders.
I've heard that the stock console out of a 99-04 will fit right in to my 94..Is that correct?
I'm looking for something like this:
It's supposedly out of a 99-04. My interior is black.
If it won't fit, I suppose I can just fix my ashtray. Any ideas where I can find JUST the ashtray cover? Every place I've checked into has told me that they'll sell the console as a whole or not at all. Bleh.
