This may sound stupid but it worked! When I replaced the pad in my horn I used padding that you sometimes find in some small tool kits that you buy pretty much anywhere. I know you don't want to go out and buy a small tool kit just to get this foam padding but the reason I'm mentioning it is just in case you have one around. I cut the padding to match the contact holes on the old padding put it together and it worked great. I couldn't find a horn pad assembly any where either so I just made my own. I hope this helps If you need a picture of what I'm talking about with that foam padding let me know
