About the driveshaft, if it's stock AOD going to stock T5, then no, it should fit like a glove, but if you're getting something like a Tremec or something I think you'll need a new yoke and maybe even a new driveshaft, don't remember.

search tthis site for the info for the cfi-carb conv , the cfi makes u lose at least 20 hp from a carb, the switch can be done easily, im gonna do it soon hpoefully when i get more money
