i know when i was looking for a dizzy gear i called comp, summit, jegs and msd they all recommened a bronze gear

As i said earlier comp said iron 3 times. I did call MSD and they said bronze. So i called comp back and gave them my cam numbers and they said i do not need a bronze, Comp said something about only billet rollers need the bronze. And since i have a COMP custom grind, i am going to take thier word and hope its good. I will find out in a few miles. When this all happened i thought my oil pumped had seized, how else could i have sheared 6 teeth off dizzy i thought. Well my pump had not seized so i could not figure it out untill i took off the old gear and saw it was polymer. And my cam gear is not scratched, it looks new, so that is one good thing to happen .

I have been on google. There are alot of people having problems with these polymer gears after a short while.
