Default Calling electrical pros

In my 91 fox, neither my turn signals, hazards or wipers work. Where do I begin troubleshooting this? Should I just change the multi function switch (as in the pic)?

Maybe it not his, just a pic

I would start w/ fuses, fusable links and maybe the ignition switch. They all usually don't go out at once from the switch. Also check the connector to the switch, maybe something fried.

The pic is not mine. When I turn on the wipers, nothing happens. When I flick the switch up or down (for left / right) the turn signal light comes on and stays on. The hazards doesn't come on at all. I've changed all the fuses already.

Ok, don't throw parts at it, get a wiring diagram and go from there. Joel5.0 or someone else might be able to help ya w/ that.

Is there a way to test the wiper motor? Oh, thought I'd mention that the high beam / low beam works with the switch. Would a blown bulb cause the signal lights to not come on? I've seen this with later model cars.
