If your system is tight, and doesn't leak, just leave the bottle open all the time.

 

But that puts a lot of pressure on the nitrous and the purge solenoids, and they usually don't like holding back 1000 or so PSI 24/7. Not to mention keeping the constant pressure on the lines as well. Usually after the bottle is closed, I purge the line and relieve all the pressure.
