Alright guys so i recently bought a tranny for my 95 GT "t-5" and i took it to my friends tranny shop to check it out and had all sorts of things wrong with it..so i took it back got money back and im really having a big prob finding a "94-95" 5 speed only neways i took apart the t-5 that came with the car,apart and looked at the inputshaft..it looks like it just dissconncts and pulls out threw the front..is it hard to do?can i just get a 87-93 tranny and replace the input shaft simply?or am i missing sumthing..every place i call says good luck finding one here in FL..and ppl who do have them have 150k+ miles and want 750.00 deff not happening any input is apprciated thanks

yea you can swap input shafts easy... i wouldnt let that stop me from buying one... just make sure its a 3.35 1st gear(stock) and not a 2.95(some aftermarket, not all though) or they wont match up to the 94/95 input shaft

any chance you can post a pic of the sn95 input shaft and its bearing retainer... ??? just somethign i wanna see for a trans i have
