Default Need help identifying fuse

Hello, can someone take a pic of the number 2 fuse in this pic and post it? I'm missing two fuses (1) The Flasher (2) The #2 in the photo. I'm having difficulty finding it.
Is there a "proper" name for this fuse?
How many prongs does it have?

It's for the windshield wipers so its kinda important that I get it to work (especially now during the rainy season).
