will my speed density motor run if i put a turbo on it, if not does anyone know the cheapest way to convert to mass air?

You have to get a special kind ofmap sensorand have the car tuned.

Megasquirt is a do it/build ityourself stand alone system. For the price of taking your mass air'd car to the dyno and having it tuned for you and have them do who knows what... You can build it youself, add in a widebando2and tune it yourself with Megasquirt. I had my car chipped and dyno tuned and paid out my **** for it, and to say the least I'm not very satisfied with it. Now I'm going to be ditching my mass air setup for a Megasquirt here in the near future hopefully.

Just make sure that your MAP sensor is capable of reading high enough for your boost pressure, ie a 1 bar sensor with 2 bar of boost won't work, but a 2 bar sensor with 1 bar of boost will etc
