What problems are you having? Are the bolts rusted on or something? If that's the case, hit it with a $hitload of PB blaster and let it soak for awhile. When you come back, actualyl try to tighten it a little just to break the bond / seal. Then try to take them off.

What do you mean by discnnect the fuel line? Do you plan on leaving the injectors in the lower manifold and still attached to the fuel rail? You'll need a special tool to remove the fuel line from the fuel rail. However, if you just want to remove the rail with teh injectors, there are just two botls on ither side. Just remove hte bolts and they will come right out (with a little twisting and pulling.)

Pain in the azz, ill never forget what my headers done to me.

On them, the rust is like welding them, turn em with a pipe and they will snap. If you dont have the right tools, you can rent a torch and cut em off.

I had to use a wrench on some of my header bolts because a socket doesnt fit in there.

i prefer a chisel with a nice 5lb hammer.
couple whacks and the head is gone. remove the header, vicegrip the bolts and take 'em out, and go.
