when i wot, on occasion my car will hang at 2k rpm and i cant get it down unless i restart
i have brand new iac and cleaned my whole upper intake i still cant figure it out

Also when i mash the pedal down, my car will sound like its choking or somting for a split second then it will kick in and kick *** any solutions?

Sounds like a vacuum leak. What is your TPS at? Did you reset you base idle? Clean your MAF.

tps .99 maf is clean , cant find a vacuum leak but what about the problem when im in first and goin from a stop to a roll and when i release the clutch it bogs down for a split second then kicks in ?

sounds like a sticky throttle body

pull your throttle body out and clean it really well... open and close it out of the car and see if its sticking at all.. mine was doing the same thing really bad when we first got it to start.. it had some stuck on debris causing it.. had to sand the inside of it down a bit and clean it all out to get it to stop sticking.
