Comp's Beehives are nice, about $210-220 for a set new though. Single spring, no damper(don't need one). I've had mine out to almost 7k without a single problem, I'm sure they'll go more since my cam's not that big(they're designed to take a .650 lift roller cam safely to 6,500rpm). They make a set that'll got right onto Ford Windsorheads without modifying anything. I just slapped mine on, 26986-16 is the partnumber for a set
