I'd check your fuel pressure to make sure your fuel pump is up to par. If you didnt change your cap n rotor i'd also do that. Also, check your timing, make sure its where it supposed to be.

alt is bad if the battery is dead or the battery could be so dead it wont take a charge. so if you got autozone take the alt out take the batery out and have them check them. also by the way welcome to owning a mustang 5.0 lol window motors are in the door its not hard to see them when the panels are off the door lock is on the side of the door inside it thats what the big *** rivet is on the out side of the door on the side it holds that.

thanks bro, i am pretty sure somehtings diss charging it, cuz its a bran new battery, and it worked everytime i unplugged the cables. how do u get the rivets out for the door lock? and put them in? i am goin to mess around with it now. hopefully i get the window motors working so i can wash my baby lol. ima get the alternator checked at autozone. anyone have any idea how much it will cost to get my new floor panels weilded in? thanks. ill wil keep u guys updated.
