yes it is bc the stock MAF is only 55mm and you need at least a 73mm with that 70mm TB im puttin on a C&L 76mm with my 70mm TB

Well the stock MAF isn't helping you any, but its not the real solution. i have 70mm TB and MAF with a trick flower upper and lower intake. i didnt even feel a huge differance with these upgrades because of the stock heads. but in the mean time look for a 70mm MAF from a 93 cobra, it will be much cheaper than an aftermarket one. Just make sure its got the right sampling tube for 19lb. injectors (93' cobras had 24lb) , i got mine on ebay and it had the right tube. works great.

why the corbra..it's not interchangable like the c/l...you can get a 76mm c/l used for 75-100 buck...the 70mm T/B is too big a 65mm would be better suited for your car

ya i was debatin whether i should have gotten the 65mm or 70mm, but i want to do mods in the future... and w/ the mods i want i dont think a 65mm would be big enough so i just went w/ the 70mm to make it ezier down the road..

Thx for the help guys, im prolly gonna order the C&L 73mm maf, its pretty cheap and ts free shippin$

think about it... if your maf is smaller than your tb... where do you think your restriction is? what good is having a tb bigger than your maf... its only gonna be able to flow what your maf flows, you always want a bigger maf than tb
