Default will this work if not please help?

I'm working on a H/C/I set up that will eventually work with my future plans. The plan is a blown 331 or 347 with a dart block. The problem is i have to keep this completly legal. Right now i'm looking at AFR 185's with a holley EFI 5.0 intake, and the Ford E303 cam with 1.7 roller rockers. I know i'm going to need to get my pistons notched and upgrade the valve springs in the heads but what else will i need to buy ... lifters, pushrods, ???? all of the little things that are going to make the H/C/I expensive other than gaskets, bigger injectors, maf and tb... please just any comment on the set up what you think might work better what i should change , things to watch out for , just any help i'm looking for a little assurance that i'm not making any huge mistakes. I doubt the E303 cam is going to be GREAT but are there any larger cams that will still be legal ????
