hey, i got a 91 gt and everything work pretty well but the speedo. the needle just jumps around the whole time. is it hard to take the cluster apart?

no just do the necessary work to remove the cluster from the dash and then remove the plastic clear lense = 4 screws I believe then pull out the speedo part and replace and reinstall in reverse order

I think it took like 45 minutes for me, to do the entire housing you just remove the headlight switch and hazard switch, then that piece of trim(4 screws I think). Then 4 screws like he said to remove the instrument cluster. Then reach behind it and d/c the speedo cable, pull it out of the grommet. Undo the retainers(2) and use an 11mm wrench to take the hold down off the side of the transmission.
