they bolt right up, but you have to get unequal length headers... like the FMS shorties to run them.... or you will (might) run into spark plug wire clearance issues

Yeah that I was able to find that out just by diging threw the 5.0 section, but also read that the BBK shorties will work also...

They are an excellent budget headI am running a set of them my self it is a big improvement over the stock heads. If you can find a 98 explorer upper and lower intake ,you can pick them up very cheap, and they flow much like a cobra r. I purchased a complete low mileage engine at a junk yard for $700.00. Just put the thing in and ran it, much stronger than my original engine....
