94 302 cobra normal opp temp? and random shut off problem

I am just wondering if you guys know that the normal operating temp of a car is? mine runs about 210, I put a ford racing guage on it and that seems hot, also does anybody know, I have a problem where my car randomly shuts off, I changed igntion control module, and coil, it shuts off randomly when driving and other times when you park and then get back it it wont have spark any ideas?

Fan turns on @low speed at 208Â° and off at 204Â°..... hi-speed will turn on at 228Â° and off at 224Â°..... so 210Â° is within it's normal operating range. regarding your engine shut off, check when it doesn't start if it's a lack of spark problem, if so.... the PIP sensor in the distributor might need to be replaced.

one note on the random not starting, it has no spark and when i pop the hood and have key in on position i can hear the realy boxes click it will start, but if i dont hear them than it wont start, could it be a pcm? the one by the coolant resivor?
