Door Hinge Repair

Ok guys, I've gutted the pony and finally started the 5.0 project build from the ground up. I'm replacing my pins, bushings, and rollers for my doors. Only problem is that bolt cutters are too huge to get in there(the doors are off by the way) and I've just spent 2 hours filing one pin and it's still not off. What gives?

You could try a hammer and chisel, suggestion #7 in the Ford Shop Manual.
