Default Will a 429 fit?

I know its a little crazy, but I found a 429 block for sale at a decent price and it got me to wondering... will it fit in Fox cleanly or would you have to do some major modding to the car? Not really lookin to buy the block.. just got me thinkin... unless of course, you say it'll go in smooth! I highly doubt it'll work.. but fill me in.

Tight fit, they sell the motor mounts for the engine, without fab.

Getting it to work, headers and mounting to your tranny will be the biggest objective, before you get to structual reinforcements.
