Default Shifting problems

The 1994 5.0 i'm looking at looks good but there is one problem. It seems extremely hard to shift, the clutch must be pushed completely to the floor and it is still very hard to shift. Are there any components that could be cuasing this or is a clutch replacement necessary?

Lol, dont look at it anymore, the tranny is on its way out. Also 94-95 5.0s are the slowest mustangs of all the years. Go with a pre 94 5.0
