Default 70mm egr plate to stock intake?

Maybe a simple question butI haven't been able to find a straight answer.
I've got a cai, maf, tb(70mm) and egr plate(70mm) coming soon (yay xmas). Will this bigger egr plate match up to a stock intake manifold?
The trick flow top end kit will be coming in the future, but for now the stock intake will be staying on.
So, will the bolts line up? Will I be able to install it?
Thanks.

the bolts will line up, but thats WAY too big for stock heads and intake.

you shouldnt even bother with TB and spacer right now... just get a 94-95 SN-95 70mm maf
