Default what should i add?

okay, so i have a 1990 lx 5.0 convertable and i want to know if you guys think i need any other parts, or what i should get to make it run 12's (high or low).
so here's my mods:
Crower cam (not sure about the specs but im trying to get them)
port and polished heads
65mm throttlebody
gt40 upper and lower intake
moroso cold air intake
underdrive pulley
BBK fuel pump
COMPLETE msd ignition (6a, coil, distributor, wires)
bored 40 over (not sure about the pistons, trying to find this out as well) needs atleast 91 octane to run right so im guessing they're higher compression?
shortthrow shifter
T-5 trans
BBK headers
Mack exhaust system (dual cats w/ h-pipe)
8.8 posi (unsure about gears, what do they come with stock?)

okay, so im thinking all i need to/ should do is upgrade the injectors and the stock 50mm maf? possibly the throttle body to 75mm?

the injectors on it now are yellow. im pretty sure those are the stock injectors, am i right? and what size sould i upgrade to?

thanks,
adam

heads cam and intake
stock gears are 2:73 or 3:08 upgrade to 3:73 or 4:10
don't waste your money on injectors, it makes no difference. the only reason you would upgrade injectors is if your not getting enough fuel.
100 shot would be good to.

I would get a 4.10 gear, stock is going to be 2.73-3.08, a performance mass air meter and some sticky tires. Someone put up a link to NHRA rules so you might want to do a search, but I am pretty sure you are going to need a roll bar to run 12s. More than one pass anyway. If your heads are good you should be able to get into the 12s.

i was thinking about nos but i'm only 16 and im not sure if my dad will be too happy about that... and i'm pretty sure you have to be over 18 to re-fill your bottle
but i've been looking on craigslist a little bit.

so you think my injectors are flowing enough, what about my maf? aren't they only like 50mm stock?

Gas milage depends a loton driver. I am guessing it's your daily driver? Putting gears in isn't real hard but if you or your dad has never done it then you should find someone to help you with it or find a repuatble shop. Stock mass air meter is 55mm. I think you might be on the limit of your 19s if you have some good heads. Upgrading to 24s wouldn't hurt but aren't absolutely necessary. Spend some time getting your driving right. Learn how to powershift, that is worth a few tenths all by it's self.

okay, thanks for all the help!
yeah, this is my 4th car. and im only 16... lol
but i've done all the work myelf on all of them but i've never really touched a rearend except last weekend when i replaced the rear axle seals in my mustang which would've been a perfect time to change the gears probably! crap! haha
well i'll be looking into some gear then!
....and possibly some spray
what kinda of damage will a 50 or 100 shot do to my engine?

It shouldn't hurt a thing. Make sure you follow the instructions and start out slow with the spray. You've already got a good igniton and fuel pump so the only thing I see that you need is a rpm window switch and some sticky tires. Go have some fun running in the 12s!
