4.10 gearing question for 89 lx 5.0

4.10 gearing question for 89 lx 5.0
i just bought a car with 4.10 gears how do i correct the speedo its way off. Hard to tell how fast you are goin. Also where would i look to get a 2800 stall converter

You will get use too it, dont waste the money, after a week or so after having a 4.10 in my car i got use to how fast 35 was which is about 45 and i dont really care anymore.
