Default I need some help...

I need some help with the new C&L 76mm MAF and inlet tube. The inlet tube i got with the MAF is to short to reach the tube that goes into the fenderwell on my fenderwell CAI. i have 3 choices and i want to know whats the best choice.

1. put the stock air box back on

2. dont put on the the inlet tube

3. put on a standard K&N filter (not a fenderwell CAI)

C&L dyno tested the MAF with the inlet tube on the stock air box and thats what they recommend you have on the car. i know i can put on the standard conial filer, but i heard problems with the oil messing up the electronics. I dont know what to do please help

Default RE: I did some help...

You can get a cone filter that does not use oil.
