I pulled a code 66 which is MAF voltage too low. I read in another post that someone had been having the same problem and cured it with a 130amp alt. instead of the stock alt.which just wasnt doing the job with extras like an electric fan. I was hoping to get some advice on a fix before I spend any cash.

Did this code suddenly pop up or did you add a modification recently?

I havent added anything recently, the car actually runs and fellsreally good and I hadent checked the codes before. Thats the only one that pops up. I dont know whats going on, if i completly disconect the MAF the car runs like **** so there has to be some voltagegoing to it.

I have had the same code for all of this year. I replace the MAF and I still have it. All my wires are good...who knows. I would like to fix mine too.

My MAF is not even a year old just like the rest of the combo so it shouldnt be bad already. All the wires and conectors are clean with no signs of wear or corrosion.I was just really trying to see if the alt would actualy cure the problem before I go blow the cash.
