anyone know how to get the power door lock actuator out?

my drivers side one is busted, just spent an hour in the freezing cold taking the door panel back off, now I cant get the damn actuator off. gonna get at it again tomorrow when I have a chance to put it in the garage (dad is installing a new garage door opener...

any way to get the damn thing off? the stupid lil hook wont come off so I cant get it free from the lock assembly.

its the original one, has a ford part sticker on it...

the new one is sitting in the box on the counter now....

I need to know how to get them out as well. Haven't looked at it but mine need replaced.
