Default wiring short.

hey guys im about to get crackin on my 88 and i just thought id see if i could get feedback on what you guys think this is ok so:
currently my blower motor (the rest of the heating system works you can hear the actuator move the vents around if you move the heater controls), turn signals, and rear defrost will not work they did when i got the car and for a while they would go on or off wiht a bump or quick take off or stop so i figure i have a loose contact under the dash because my buddy hit the dash once and they came on but now that wont even help they have not worked now for a few days so i figured the connector is loose are all the on a common harness wiht a connector somewhere under the dash? does anyone happen to have a wiring diagram ? thanks guys

Take a look at the connection to the ignition switch under the dash on the steering column. Look for burnt or loose wires. Unplug it and inspect the insides of the switch and the connector.

these cars are known for that prob. my turn signals and heater blower wouldnt work until i replaced the ignition switch. it has these little aluminum tabs that tend to come unbent allowing the contacts to not meet. ignition switch is cheap and fast fix if that's the problem

strip the molded pieces away from the steering column where the key ignition is, on the under right side is a huge connector, most likely its coming unplugged, i had to zip tie mine so itll stay plugged in. mine was having same issue, heater fan, rear defrost and turnsignals all gone.
