Default ingnition coil problem

my car has recently been idleing terrible as if it was largley cammed. i had to keep it above idle for say 2 minutes until it idiled and ran good it ran like it had a miss. well on my way to work i lost all power no throttle. i tried starting it and it just turns over and over no chance of starting. is this my coil? i also couldnt hear my fuel pump kick on the relay works when u turn the key but i didnt hear the wine could that be a problem as well?

you need to check for spark via spark checker..then check for fuel via a pressure gauge...if you have no spark then troubleshoot the ignition system....check coil..check cap rotor, wires and pick up in dizzy and tfi module
