http://blueovalindustries.com/subframes.htm, make sure that you purchase the ones that you weld on and not bolt on, I have not purchased these yet for my 91 vert but this I've been told by many to get the weld on ones.

Do weld on sub frame connecters require any other work, like cutting the body or relocating muffler???

it says..."Weld On Sub-Frame Connectors, "Double Cross" Design, Will Not Fit 1996-up Cobra Without Modifications, Not For Use With 1996-98 Cobra Mustang, For Use With Convertible Must Remove 3" From The Front.. " but i have no idea what it means when it says must remove 3" from the front becasue it gets cut off. any ideas?

i used the one from blue oval industries and the only thing i had to do with my convertible is cut a small lip off of a small brace toward the front of the car. its a brace thats on convertibles only i believe. just make sure with a convertible you get the full length set. as far as i know all the sets blue oval sells require welding, but they only sell one full size.

the instructions from blue oval suck, the pictures arent that good. if you get the set and need some pics of what it should look like ill be happy to take pics of mine. if i could have understood the instructions the kit could have been welded on in about half hour to 45 minutes. its not that hard.

on the ford racing set from that other link, i have no idea what it means you will have to cut 3 inches off of them.

Dont buy a vert. I will never have one again after my 97 GT. They are way too girly imo. Not as sporty. Just look around. You will find a GT or a coupe.
