I messed with the egr because it said it wasnt opeing, well the egr holds pressure and opens and closes just right.But I did the tests again and got a code 24 on the koeo test, what is code 24, and whats code 33, I always get those 2 codes.

33 means the EGR valve opening is not detected. try disconnecting the negative battery cable for a few minutes and then see if this clears this code since you say the EGR valve is moving now.
code 24 is "ACT or VAT input out of self-test range." ACT = air charge temperature VAT = vane air temperature sensor

I always get code 33, but Ive only got code 24 1 time and then Its not there, can this test make mistakes. what out of self test range, because I got a new ECT sensor and it says its out of self test range? whats that mean?

could be the sensor is bad, I don't really know for sure. I think out of range means the voltage signal is either not coming in or is too high or too low for the ECU to recognize it as a good signal.
