getthe arp'sfrom summit. they ONLY mke a full gasket kit for the standard 302. thats ok because all the gaskets are the same ,even the lower intake gasket. the only one you will have to buy seperately is the upper to lower intake gasket since the ports are staggered. thats it. if you to the port work right im sure its reasonable to say you can see at least 40 hp with the heads alone. probably more. stock they make around 25 or so. the arp head bolt cost me around 30 bucks or so. a good investment.

and your stock valve covers WILL work. they are the same a the cobra ones, except the cobra one are embossed with uuuhhhh ", cobra" and they run 1.7 ped mount rr's.
