Default SMOG gear and Trouble code question

Okay I get a code 31 code which I know is the EGR valve being removed. I have a simulator on the way to fix that. However I also get a 44 and 94 code.

44- problem in thermactor air control
94- thermactor air system problem on the right bank (passenger side).

I would guess it's all part of the SMOG gear. (Not removed by me.) [&:]

That all being said does anyone know if that would affect idle i.e. sticking or surging when in neutral???[:@]
