Default cross drilled rotors

i just found out i can get a set of 4 cross drilled rotors for a really good price

am i going to be able to feel the difference when im braking?

im planning on upgrading my brakes later anyway, would it be a good idea to buy it piece by piece or all at once. problem is, im short enough on cash that if the rotors are going to make a noticible difference now, id rather go for them because its gunna take way to long to save up for the full package

thanks in advance

I don't think you'll feel a huge difference under normal braking conditions cause without increasing rotor size and caliper size your total availible clamping force/area will not change on stock application..but under severe driving conditions brake fade may not occur as much cause the gases that build up under the pads causing them to lift under severe braking will now exit through the drilled holes allowing the pad to stay in full contact with the rotor not allowing the gas build up to interfere with breaking operation

You won't notice any difference during normal street driving, they are designed for extreme repeated braking conditions. Make sure they are good quality or you might find them cracking on you.

Not really but they look cool!

Unless you get bigger calipersand put the 4 piston calipers off the cobra on it.

I had a corvette with the big pads and the 4 piston calipers on it when you hit the brakes you STOPPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you slamed on them and didnt have you seatbelt on you were slammed against the steering wheel the vette was slow as hell but it stopped better than any vehicle I have ever owned!
