Default Losing Oil Fast

On my 89 lx I am losing oil very quickly. I filled up the oil and exactly one week later, I was down more than four quarts. I dont know if there is a leak or if I'm burning oil or what because there are no puddles where I park and the car does not smoke going down the road, at startup, or at anytime. Any suggestions as to what I can do would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

4 quarts in a week you should know where it is comming from. check under your car and see if you see oil anywhere it might be leaking going down the road and blowing up underneath the car but it should still be some smoking because of it burning off of the exaust.

also when u checked it howd u check it....drain it out into a pan?..because there was someone on here a week ago sayin they didnt know why they drains so little oil...and it was because they were only pulling the front plug..which would drain about a quart..and they were leaving the back plug where the majority of the oil would drain from..
