Not starting after H/C/I ideas?????
hey gsuy i just installed a holley cam , some ported 289 heads with 1.94 and 1.6 valves new spriungs and retainers roller rockers and a gt 40 upper and lower! anyways got everything back together and its just turning over its not starting, im thinking the timing, but even if its still out wouldnt it still fire up?? and the 1 line on the top of the fuel regulator isnt connected to anything would this do it? the little red one! and ya so any ideas i would appreciate the help!

If the vacuum line on the fuel pressure regulator is not connected..........then connect it back up but it should still start......
Did you make sure your ignition system is correct?? Coil, to the dizzy.....all the plug wires are where they need to be????
When I did mine, I had my wires screwed up.....it started, but all screwed up [:@]

well a little update! i got it started and seems to be running aright! i need to raise the rpms though, not sure what the timing is at i put it at 0 on the dampner and set the rotor pointer to the #1 so i think its ok for now, and i need to fix a few vacum lines and get the F*******
