I am almost certain that my water pump is on its last leg, but would that cause the motor to vibrate really bad at 1000rpms? It only shakes at almost dead on 1000rpms. when it idles and when it is being driven around town. Any help would be great.

could be a misfire?? could be a harmoniic balancer issue/ partially spun....and could have a vaccum leak
