Flowmaster Hanger Keepers

Just installed an American Thunder this weekend and was wondering if you guys actually use the 4 "hanger keepers" they provide (those circular bronze things). Our cars don't have them stock and seems to me like they would be a pain to take off ifI had to take the system off or even adjust the tailpipes. I haven't put them on and was wondering what everyone else has done? Thanks.
