94/95 5.0 bell housing Question

Is the 3.8L bellhousing the same as the 5.0 I have a auto in my SN and want to convert to a manual I found a manual 3.8 donor car for cheap was wondering if it would be worth it to get the car

so other than a clutch and a flywheel i should be able to use the v6 stuff ?
