I had turn signal problems and replace flasher and check connections. Had to bit the bullet and take it to a shop, turns out the switch was bad and the wire harness going to it. In the end it caused me 500.00....oh yea it hurts.

His turn signal is doing what it should do. The only thing it does is supply power to the lights, it doesn't control the flashing. Since the light is coming on power is going through the switch.
