Just use regular antifreeze, but use distilled water, NOT tap water.

Iron block and aluminum heads, dissimilar metals with different mineral compositions generates electrical fields, regular tap water that's full of minerals/ions acts as a conducter from the differing metals and it generates electrical current which causes/speeds up corrosion. Distilled water does act as a conductor like tap water does, preventing/slowing corrosion. That's also why you need to add antifreeze, it acts as a corrosion inhibitor.

As far as corrosion, prolly not much. It does effect the temperature range of the coolant though.
