honestly dude, pretty much ANYTHING made by comp, crane, crower, jesel, and a few others im forgetting right now will be a quality part.

im using crane energizer's on my motor which are supposed to be the cheaper ones and with about 20k miles on them and seeing shifts @ 6800 or so from time to time they have held up perfectly
