Default antifreeze

fresh motor rebuild about 600 miles now
the antifreeze in the radiator is slowly filling up the over flow jug while driving until it finally starts pouring out of the overflow jug at the top the car isn't running hot it has a new 180 degree stat and a new radiator cap
anyones suggestions will help

a similar problem happend to me when my HG blew and the force from the pistonon the compression stroke was forcing exhaust into my cars circulatory system and eventually out the radiator cap....

if the antifreez in the radiator looks like you were blowing bubbles into a glass of milk then that could be it....

go to autozone and do a radiator leak down test... there should be NO pressure that leaks out in 15 or so minutes. my test on my car with a blown HG resulted in a TINY bit of air leak but nothing significant, but it was indeed a blown HG.

its not coming out of the radiator cap its a brand new 16lb cap it don't seem like its building excessive pressure in the cooling system,
there is no antifreeze getting in the oil
there is no smoke from exhaust
runs great
and its not getting hot this is why it doesn't make since to me
im not saying the head gaskets are not the problem but i just would like to make that the last resort

still could be head gaskets....you need to understand how the cap works ..it has a built in pressure relief valve = pops off excess pressure and purges into recovery bottle.. so you'd never really know if it has excess pressure in system cause cap is designed to do such ....buy a block check kit and test for a blown HEAD gasket
